The product must be in factory condition (in factory packaging) with all its basic accessories and in new condition and has not been used or opened. Otherwise, the return will be rejected.
- Returns must be made within 3 days from the date of purchase. Exchanges must be made within 6 days from the date of purchase, provided that the original purchase invoice is available. If the original purchase invoice is not available from the customer, no return or exchange will be made. If the previously specified return or exchange period is exceeded, no exchange or return will be made to the customer.
If you wish to exchange or return the product, delivery fees will be charged and will not be refunded unless the product is returned for warranty purposes.
Line Techs has the right to cancel any customer"s order in the event of a defect on the website, an error in the stated price, or the product"s stock running out. The amount will be returned to the customer"s bank account or card. The customer has no right to demand that the product be provided.
The customer has the right to replace the product with another product of the same cost (or by paying the difference) if he wishes to do so, provided that all conditions are met.
Opened products will not be replaced if there is no proven manufacturing defect in them, noting that non-replaceable products are all those that violate or deviate from the warranty conditions such as (misuse - cutting - breakage - the product opened in a condition other than its natural state - failure to follow operating instructions - the product being exposed to water if it is not waterproof - performing any external maintenance - the device malfunctioning completely or partially in the event of using accessories that are not compatible with the device’s features.

If the product is returned and it turns out that the defect was due to misuse and not a manufacturing defect, the customer will bear the cost of returning the shipment.
Line Techs reserves the right not to compensate the customer until the shipment is received and the product is verified to be correct or to verify the manufacturing defect.
If you receive a different product or notice an error in the product specifications, you have the right to return the product without incurring any fees, unless you open the packaging, in which case the product will not be returned.
The customer bears the cost of the return shipping (equivalent to 50 Saudi riyals) if he wishes to return or exchange the product (it will be deducted directly from the refund value)
*Delivering the shipment to the shipping company constitutes an acknowledgment by the customer of the validity of the compensation, replacement, or return based on the warranty. If it is not valid, additional fees will be imposed and the shipment will be automatically returned to the customer.
PC Assemblies Exchange and Return Policy:
*Line Techs has the right to replace any part with a similar or better part from another company or from the same manufacturer.
Assembly orders cannot be cancelled or returned unless a fee is incurred, as the internal parts must be unpacked to build the device. (The fee mechanism is explained below, and warranty cases are excluded.)
Cancellation fees for non-customized collections are based on the payment method fees shown below. These fees are paid to the payment method operator (such as Mada or Visa), not to Line Techs. A 5% fee is added to the company"s fees.
A 20% cancellation fee is added to custom assemblies (i.e., the specifications of which are customized according to the customer’s desire). The customization service fee is a total of 10%, with the total cancellation fee being 30% of the total order value.
